UPDATE: John Gidding event moved to Thursday, July 20

MANATEE COUNTY, FL (July 17, 2023) – Keep Manatee Beautiful announced today that it is moving its event to see John Gidding, the host of HGTV’s Curb Appeal: The Block, to Thursday, July 20. Tickets are available for free at https://bit.ly/3Q0RfX7

Keep Manatee Beautiful recently announced its volunteers have collected 88,000 pounds of trash during the year. KMB is pushing to reach 100,000 pounds of trash collected by the end of September.

Born in Istanbul, Gidding attended American schools in Turkey and Switzerland before entering Yale University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in architectural design. An enthusiastic art and math student, he also earned a master’s degree in architectural design from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He got his start as a fashion model and worked the runways for Armani and Gucci.

Gidding hosted the popular HGTV shows Curb Appeal, Curb Appeal, the Block, Curb Appeal Xtreme, Designed to Sell, appeared on Trading Spaces and is a frequent guest on Rachel Ray. He also stars in the popular YouTube show, In the Room.
